THE LEGACY

Building upon a legacy..

Built in the Early 1920s, the original house on the land was occupied by a humble post master and his wife for over 30 years from the village of Mirissa. The inspiration for the loft was drawn from the fact this house too has a loft, a unique feature in many of the homes of yore particularly down the southern belt of Sri Lanka. This uniqueness makes it another reason for one to call this one of a kind beach front apartment his/her home.
